- A defined product range rather than a general catalogue
- Technical documentation in English, with certification where the application demands it
- Realistic and repeatable lead times to Durban, Beira or Dar es Salaam
- Willingness to support warranty and spares after the sale

- Established accounts with mines, contractors, fabricators and forklift fleets
- A Zambian entity structured for local content and vendor onboarding requirements
- Technical selling — your range is quoted against a specification, not a price list
