Wooden pallets that cannot cross the line
Pallet inverters exchange wood for plastic at the boundary in seconds, without the load being touched by hand.
Food and beverage handling is governed by two things the rest of industry worries less about: hygiene lines that pallets may not cross, and product that is worth more than the effort of protecting it.
Pallet inverters are usually the first conversation. A wooden pallet that cannot enter a production or cold-storage area has to be exchanged, and doing that by hand means restacking a full pallet case by case. An inverter does it in one movement, and does the same job when a damaged pallet has to come out from under a live load.
The second conversation is throughput on the loading bay. Single-double pallet handlers move two pallets per cycle, which in bottling and beverage despatch halves the trips between the trailer and the staging area. Load stabilizers keep case-stacked and bottled product together over uneven yard surfaces, and rotators handle the decanting and tipping work between process steps.
Alongside the equipment sits the consumable side of a food plant — stainless-safe abrasives that will not contaminate a finish, welding consumables for stainless fabrication and repair, PPE for the maintenance crew, and the tooling the workshop gets through.

Where we supply it from
Served from Nelspruit and Johannesburg across South Africa, and from Kitwe for Zambian food, beverage and bottling operations.

Load stabilizers clamp the top of the stack while it is moved, which is what keeps bottled and canned product on the pallet across an uneven yard.
A single-double pallet handler carries two pallets per cycle where volumes are high and pallet footprints uniform.
Iron-, sulphur- and chlorine-free abrasives are specified for stainless so finished surfaces do not bloom with rust weeks later.
