Warehouse Handling, Racking Access & Fleet Safety

In a warehouse the attachment pays for itself in cycle time and in damage that never happens. This hub covers the equipment that gets pallets placed accurately the first time.

Most warehouse fleets are running trucks that are mechanically fine and operationally slower than they need to be. A side shifter removes the reverse-and-realign cycle from every rack placement; a fork positioner removes the climb-down when pallet footprints change; a load stabilizer removes the product that would otherwise arrive on the floor instead of the trailer.

The second half of the picture is measurement and safety. On-board weighing turns every lift into a check weigh without a trip to a scale, and AI camera systems flag the impacts, near misses and handling behaviour that telematics can only record after the fact. Both are retrofits — neither requires a new truck.

Where a distribution operation is loading containers, slip-sheet handling and single-double pallet handlers change the economics again: more product per container, fewer trips per trailer, and pallets removed from the export leg entirely.

Where we supply it from

Supplied nationally in South Africa from Nelspruit and Johannesburg, and into Zambia through the Kitwe branch.

01What this sector brings us

The recurring problems

01

Racking and pallet damage as a fixed monthly cost

Side shifters and fork positioners let the operator align to the pallet rather than shunting the truck, which is where most upright and stringer damage originates.

02

Loads arriving on the floor

Load stabilizers clamp the stack from above so loosely stacked and top-heavy pallets survive uneven yards and fast handling cycles.

03

No weight data without a detour to the scale

Hydraulic weighing systems read mast pressure and display in-cab, so check weighing happens inside the lift the truck was making anyway.

04

Safety incidents that no one can reconstruct

Camera safety systems detect impacts, harsh braking and phone use in real time and push the event to supervision, which turns incident review into operator coaching.
